A pay run works out federal income tax withholding, Social Security and Medicare from each signed W-4, plus Virginia withholding from the VA-4, and gives every employee a pay stub; 1099 contractors are paid gross. Does the EVV app meet the federal EVV requirement?
The 21st Century Cures Act requires every state Medicaid program to verify personal care and home health visits electronically. Our EVV app records who gave the visit, who received it and the date. It also records the start and end times, with a GPS location at clock-in and clock-out. However, each state sets its own rules for submitting that data, so we go through your state's rules in the demo.
Can agencies outside Virginia use it?
