Effective 2026-09-21. These terms cover the use of firstsupport-emr.com. Use of the software itself — First Support Homecare, First Support EVV — is governed by the subscription agreement and Business Associate Agreement signed with each agency, which take precedence over anything here.

The site is operated by First Support Home Care LLC, doing business as First Support EMR, 20937 Ashburn Rd, STE 200, Ashburn, VA 20147.
What the site is for
Information about our software and how Electronic Visit Verification works in each state, and a way to ask for a demonstration. You may read, link to and share the pages. You may not copy the site or its content for a competing service, scrape it, or use it to send us or anyone else unsolicited messages.
Accuracy of state information
The state pages and the EVV map summarise each state's published documents as of the date shown on the page, and link to the source. States change vendors, codes and deadlines; a page may lag a change. The pages are our understanding, offered to help you plan — they are not legal or compliance advice, and the state's own program is the authority on what it requires. Where we say a connector is built rather than certified in a state, that is a deliberate distinction and it means what it says.
Demo requests
Submitting the form asks us to contact you; it does not create a subscription or any obligation on either side. What we do with the details is in the privacy policy.
No warranty for the website
The website is provided as is. We aim to keep it accurate and available and make no promise that it will be either at any given moment. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the website's content; the software's warranties and remedies are in the signed agreement.
Trademarks and third parties
First Support EMR, First Support Homecare, First Support EVV and First Support HomeHealth are names of First Support Home Care LLC. Sandata, HHAeXchange, CareBridge, Netsmart, Therap, AuthentiCare and the other companies and state programs named on this site are the property of their owners; naming them describes where a state sends its EVV data and implies no endorsement or partnership.
Law and changes
