- The caregiver EVV app: GPS clock-in and clock-out, visit notes and vitals, in the phone's browser.
- EVV records in your state's format, direct to the state or through its aggregator.
- Medicaid billing (837P and CMS-1500) and private-pay invoicing.
- E-signed documents, credential expiry alerts, built-in fax and the family portal.
- Import of clients, staff and visits from the system you use today.
Not in the trial: the AI features (AI-filled Medicaid forms, reading faxed referrals, AI-suggested form fields).
How it starts
- Send the form. Tell us your agency and the state you bill Medicaid in.
- We set up your instance. Your agency gets its own hostname and database, and you get an invitation by email, usually within one business day.
- Sign the BAA, then add your data. We sign the Business Associate Agreement before any client information goes in.
- Run real visits. At the end, choose a plan or stop. How pricing works.

Is the free trial really free?
Yes. There is no credit card and no setup fee. Nothing is billed unless your agency signs a subscription after the trial.
How long is the trial?
30 days with one private-pay client and one EVV client. In the 44 states where our EVV connection is certified with the first agencies as sponsoring provider, it is 90 days with no limit on clients.
What is not included?
The AI features: AI-filled Medicaid forms, reading faxed referrals, and AI-suggested form fields. Everything else is the same software paying agencies use.
How fast can we start?
Send the form. We set up your agency's own instance and email your invitation, usually within one business day. There is nothing to install.
Can we use real client data during the trial?
Yes, once the Business Associate Agreement is signed. We sign it before any client information goes in, trial or not.
When does the offer end?
Agencies that sign up by December 31, 2026 get the trial. The trial itself then runs its full 30 or 90 days.
