Can First Support Homecare send our Texas EVV visits?
PSO approval not yet obtained. Texas accepts outside EVV software only through TMHP's Proprietary System Operator (PSO) program. First Support Homecare is not an approved PSO yet; the application is filed with the first Texas agency. Until then, caregivers use the state-provided HHAeXchange system and First Support runs scheduling, caregivers and billing.
Which Texas services need EVV?
PCS, HHCS, CDS, many LTC waivers (EVV Policy Handbook). Every Medicaid personal care and home health visit falls under the 21st Century Cures Act EVV rule.
What does the rest of the software do?
