What counts, and what is never charged for

Pricing questions agencies ask
Why per client and not per user?
Because agencies grow by adding caregivers long before they add clients, and a price that punishes staffing gets in the way of good care. Per client tracks the size of the business you actually run.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, a small monthly minimum for agencies under a certain client count, so a two-client start-up can still use the full system. The quote states it.
What about a second location or a second company?
Each licensed company gets its own instance and its own login domain; the price is still per active client across them. A multi-site group gets one quote.
Do you charge for the state EVV certification?
No. Getting the connector certified with your state's aggregator is part of onboarding. Where a state requires the agency to sponsor a vendor registration, we prepare the paperwork and you sign it.
